Our cancellation policy:

 

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. We do require 48 hours' notice of any changes or cancellations to your appointments. Any cancellations after this time will incur a 25% fee. If an appointment is missed without prior notification, a 25% no-show fee will be incurred. If you need to cancel, please message me.

 

Wedding booking in fee:

 

To secure your wedding we ask you to pay a booking fee of £50 to secure your date. The booking fee will be taken when you book your wedding and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the remainder of your wedding. The booking fee will be fully refunded if you, unfortunately, cancel within 72 hours prior to booking. The booking fee will be fully refunded if I cannot fulfill the service.
