Bridal Hair Booking Policy

Please state, date of your wedding party, where you will be getting ready, how many in the wedding party, time of marriage.

Once you're happy with the plan, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your date. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your bridal hair service. 

A trial is reccomend 4/6 weeks before your wedding day, this is because your hair will be the same length on your wedding day . Also gives time for added extensions if need be. Trial payments are due the day of your trial. 

The remaining balance for your bridal hair service is due one day prior to your wedding date.

We accept cash, card or bank transfer payments. 

• Prior to 90 Days Before Wedding: If you need to cancel please provide at least90 days' notice. The deposit will be refunded.

• If you need to cancel within 30 to days of your wedding date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied

• Travel: We offer travel services for your convenience. Please inquire about travel fees for locations outside of Shrewsbury.

• Hair Trial: We highly recommend a hair trial before your wedding day to finalise your hairstyle. This will ensure you are completely happy with your look and allow us to address any adjustments. 

• Hair Extensions: If you plan to use hair extensions, please bring them with you to both the hair trial and your wedding day appointment

• Hair Condition: Please ensure your hair is clean and detangled before both the hair trial and your wedding day appointment.

• Changes to Service: Any changes to your original bridal hair booking request within 30 days of your wedding date may incur additional fees.
